Explain: From the above picture, you can know that the whole line includes the following process:

1. PE Coating: Use PE-Film Coating PE Coating on raw white paper; One side coating name Single Side PE Coated Paper; Two-sided coating name Double Side PE Coated Paper

2. Cutting: Use a Cutter to cut the PE coated sandpaper for [paper sheet (make the cup body)] and [cup bottom paper ].

3.Printing: use the printing machine to print all kinds of design on the paper sheet

4. Die cutting: use the die cutting machine to cut the pre-printed sheet paper on the body of the cup-fan-wall

5.Forming of paper cups: use paper cup forming machine or paper container forming machine, make paper cups, paper bowls. One worker is enough to form the machine, it only needs the operator to put the fan wall body into the inlet and the rolling bottom into the bottom inlet, and then remove the finished cups.

6. Packaging: Pack the finished paper cups into plastic bags and then into a carton.

Note:

The above process shows the whole line, so for customers:
Buy PE coated sheet paper and cup bottom paper from PE film paper suppliers (PE coated paper suppliers do the PE coating, longitudinal cutting)
Then print on sheet paper and cut the sheet paper on the fan cup wall body
Finish: use the forming machine to produce paper cups

Recommend:

Some PE coated paper suppliers PE also offer the pre-press and pre-cut services, so you can buy the fan wall body and cup bottom roll paper from the paper suppliers;

IF it is your first time to participate in this project, please only do the forming process, that is, only buy the paper cup forming machine, because the cost of pre-pressing and pre-cutting is very cheap (you can finish the forming process externally at Printing Company or others).
You can also purchase a die cutting machine and do this process yourself.

If you want to do printing step: you can select offet printer or felxo printer, and other printers can be used on PE coated paper.
